Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sabir Rehman started the match with the kick off. Umair Bilal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ali Rana showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Goat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sohaib Jamal came free, but Saeed Khaleel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saeed Khaleel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sohaib Jamal, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Saeed Khaleel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sohaib Jamal in the 17th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, Goat FC's Sabir Rehman made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Umair Bilal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Razi Intisar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saeed Khaleel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Saeed Khaleel came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Melton Mowbray's Sohaib Jamal. But to his dismay, Sohaib Jamal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. A collision led to Melton Mowbray getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Usama Moeez hit a great ball. Umair Bilal acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 34th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Junaid Gilani. Saeed Khaleel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Razi Intisar went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Goat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sohaib Jamal came free, but Saeed Khaleel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Goat FC's Saeed Khaleel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Imran Musharraf in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sohaib Jamal was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Goat FC's goalkeeper Saeed Khaleel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jaleel Paracha. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaleel Paracha got free with Saeed Khaleel in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the match, Goat FC's goalkeeper Saeed Khaleel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Imran Musharraf. Sohaib Jamal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th match minute, Goat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Husnain Aafaq to maneuver through the defense. Javed Akram took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saeed Khaleel. Goat FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Goat FC's Saeed Khaleel got control of the ball when Jaleel Paracha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Goat FC's zone, Sohaib Jamal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saeed Khaleel came out of the goal and Sohaib Jamal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the match, Jaleel Paracha notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Goat FC's Saeed Khaleel. Saeed Khaleel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute, Sufyan Salman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ali Rana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saeed Khaleel made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jaleel Paracha sent off a good shot on target. After 90 minutes, Husnain Aafaq mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goat FC and the Melton Mowbray players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Goat FC's Husnain Aafaq got a free kick in the 90th minute. Goat FC's Saeed Khaleel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sohaib Jamal in the 94th minute of play. Goat FC's Saeed Khaleel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Goat FC from getting a goal against them. The Goat FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Melton Mowbray were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
