Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stuart Ingham got the match started through his kick off. If Stuart Ingham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trev Wall kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Parvaiz Asif in the 11th minute of play forced Conisbrough's goalkeeper Stuart Bates to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakim Basharat in the 30th minute of play forced Conisbrough's goalkeeper Stuart Bates to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Parvaiz Asif came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Stroud United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Parvaiz Asif couldn't finish the play. Conisbrough's Stuart Bates played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Basharat in the 43rd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Parvaiz Asif to make the kick off. Stuart Ingham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Taimoor Awais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hakim Basharat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stuart Ingham in the 64th minute of play forced Stroud United's goalkeeper Taimoor Awais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lance Hutchings's late challenge caught a Stroud United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lance Hutchings helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Lance Hutchings hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Stroud United's Parvaiz Asif in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Conisbrough's goalie prevented a goal. Stuart Bates made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Hakim Basharat sent off a good shot on target. Hakim Basharat came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stuart Bates could save by the left post. Hakim Basharat might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stuart Bates. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hakim Basharat ran back to his position shaking his head. Parvaiz Asif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Stuart Bates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hakim Basharat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Conisbrough's goalkeeper Stuart Bates had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hakim Basharat. When Eric Airton fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Conisbrough's protests and gave Eric Airton a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Airton kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Parvaiz Asif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Stuart Bates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Parvaiz Asif kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stuart Bates. That made the score 0-1 in the 85 minute of play. Hakim Basharat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Stuart Bates tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stroud United played a much better game than Conisbrough and deserved their victory. The Conisbrough players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
