Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) South Ockendon's Razzaq ul-Haq started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Max Brown came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by South Ockendon's Razzaq ul-Haq. But to his dismay, Razzaq ul-Haq quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tynemouth City's Max Brown played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Razzaq ul-Haq in the 8th minute of play. When Rahman Kurd fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored South Ockendon's protests and gave Rahman Kurd a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, South Ockendon's Rahman Kurd got a free kick in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Talha Afzal in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Max Brown saved Tynemouth City from getting behind. Razzaq ul-Haq received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Max Brown tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talha Afzal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Brown stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Talha Afzal's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. In the 31st match minute, Tynemouth City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Poynton to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Razzaq ul-Haq's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Max Brown was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Max Brown showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Razzaq ul-Haq in the 37th minute of the match. Razzaq ul-Haq might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Max Brown. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Razzaq ul-Haq ran back to his position shaking his head. If Talha Afzal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Razzaq ul-Haq sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talha Afzal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Razzaq ul-Haq fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Brown having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Max Brown was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Rahman Kurd capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rahman Kurd really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. After some careless play in the Tynemouth City defense, Razzaq ul-Haq kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Max Brown. The Tynemouth City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Max Brown should have stopped the shot. If Tristan Boxall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Razzaq ul-Haq sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Razzaq ul-Haq in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Max Brown prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guy Gunn hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Talha Afzal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Ockendon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Talha Afzal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Talha Afzal managed to get in a good position for a shot. South Ockendon's supporters rose to their feet, but Talha Afzal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Max Brown breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Max Brown made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Razzaq ul-Haq in the 88th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sohail Shayan during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th match minute, South Ockendon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sohail Shayan to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute Trevor Ridsdale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muhammad Danish saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tristan Boxall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
