Hakim Basharat succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 27th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hakim Basharat got free with Shafeeq Ijaz in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stroud United's Parvaiz Asif got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafiq Moeez charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafiq Moeez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Stroud United booed when Alcester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafiq Moeez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Parvaiz Asif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Parvaiz Asif managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stroud United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Parvaiz Asif was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Alcester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khurram Iqbal to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Saeed Mannan made the kick off in the second half. If Parvaiz Asif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the match, Alcester United's goal looked a bit too open when Hakim Basharat came free, but Shafeeq Ijaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azhar Khan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Hakim Basharat blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shafeeq Ijaz having to make a save. In the 65th minute, Hakim Basharat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iftikhar Yahya's late challenge caught a Stroud United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iftikhar Yahya helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Alcester United's Iftikhar Yahya got a free kick in the 67th minute. After some careless play in the Alcester United defense, Hakim Basharat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shafeeq Ijaz. The Alcester United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shafeeq Ijaz should have stopped the shot. Parvaiz Asif's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shafeeq Ijaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Parvaiz Asif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shafeeq Ijaz having to interfere. Shafeeq Ijaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Parvaiz Asif, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Kamran Zubair left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alcester United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Hakim Basharat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shafeeq Ijaz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Parvaiz Asif's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute, Aslam Saeed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Waqas Faisal fired a really elegant long shot, but Taimoor Awais threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. When Khurram Iqbal fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alcester United's protests and gave Khurram Iqbal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Alcester United getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Khurram Iqbal hit a great ball. When Stroud United's Parvaiz Asif in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alcester United's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Parvaiz Asif in the 96th minute of play forced Alcester United's goalkeeper Shafeeq Ijaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alcester United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
