Spectators: 9201 (Terracing: 6902, Seating: 2116, VIP seats: 183) Thrybergh's Ali Asad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yusaf Lodhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Asad, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Khurram Munir during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Khurram Munir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Mohsin, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Hassan Shan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hilperton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Thrybergh the free kick. Yusaf Lodhi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ali Asad's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Yusaf Lodhi came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Thrybergh's Niaz Jamal. But to his dismay, Niaz Jamal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ali Mohsin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sohail Khwaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adeel Paracha hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Aslam Qadri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hassan Shan in the 36th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hassan Shan made a kick off. If Hassan Shan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Husnain Shamshad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hassan Shan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 66th minute of the match Khurram Munir completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Khurram Munir a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Aslam Qadri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sohail Khwaja in the 69th minute of the match. Niaz Jamal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yusaf Lodhi having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, Hilperton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yasir Chaughtai to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hassan Shan in the 79th minute of play forced Thrybergh's goalkeeper Aslam Qadri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Thrybergh's Farhan Shakir got a free kick in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Sohail Khwaja managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilperton's supporters rose to their feet, but Sohail Khwaja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aslam Qadri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sohail Khwaja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aslam Qadri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Mohsin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hassan Shan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aslam Qadri having to interfere. Thrybergh were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Hilperton's much stronger midfield.
