An unexpectedly hard shot by Mir Satti in the 9th minute of play forced Newthorpe United's goalkeeper Damian Wnukowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Leytonstone's goal looked a bit too open when Raghu Bolognesi came free, but Zeeshan Chaughtai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Raghu Bolognesi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zeeshan Chaughtai. Zeeshan Chaughtai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Leytonstone's Zeeshan Chaughtai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Eehab in the 24th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Shayan got free with Zeeshan Chaughtai in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Babar Musharraf kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Adam Shayan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Zeeshan Chaughtai made a huge save. The referee ignored Newthorpe United's protests and gave Shaukat Asharf a yellow card for diving instead. Nafih Bahadur struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Damian Wnukowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leytonstone. Shaukat Asharf hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Newthorpe United were the better team. Newthorpe United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
