Westbury-sub-Mendip's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leytonstone the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akif Qamar in the 16th minute of play forced Westbury-sub-Mendip's goalkeeper Panos Kontogiannidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeeshan Chaughtai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Usama Qazi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Desiderio Ibar struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Zeeshan Chaughtai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westbury-sub-Mendip. When Usama Qazi fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Westbury-sub-Mendip's protests and gave Usama Qazi a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Westbury-sub-Mendip got a freekick which was hit by Usama Qazi. Usama Qazi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

After 52 played minutes Leytonstone got a freekick which was hit by Haidar Kaleem. Rafiq Basharat hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Malik Faisal might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panos Kontogiannidis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Malik Faisal ran back to his position shaking his head. Westbury-sub-Mendip's Desiderio Ibar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 88th minute of the match Haidar Kaleem sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Panos Kontogiannidis skillfully saved the ball. After 92 played minutes Westbury-sub-Mendip got a freekick which was hit by Daud Bilal. Panos Kontogiannidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khurram Rafi went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Leytonstone had won after a very even match.
