Ayaz Sajid might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Trev Radcliffe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tommy Worrall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Masood Ghufyan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tommy Worrall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trev Radcliffe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamran Mazhar in the 89th minute of the match. When the match was over Northallerton could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kenilworth City throughout the match.
