Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marlon Shearer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 4 played minutes Barton FC got a freekick which was hit by Rahman Musharraf. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erdi Kasapoglou in the 6th minute of play forced Micklefield City's goalkeeper Marlon Shearer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 7th minute of the match Rahman Musharraf completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rahman Musharraf a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Micklefield City booed when Barton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rahman Musharraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvester Titmuss charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvester Titmuss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th minute, Silvester Titmuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barton FC's Ahmad Ahsan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Beverley in the 20th minute of play. Marlon Shearer made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Ignacio Jaramillo in the 22nd minute. Ahmad Ahsan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristopher Driver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Ignacio Jaramillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marlon Shearer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Ignacio Jaramillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon Shearer having to interfere. Marlon Shearer came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Barton FC's José Ignacio Jaramillo. But to his dismay, José Ignacio Jaramillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Marlon Shearer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Ignacio Jaramillo went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

58 minutes in the game Rob Argent did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Lucas Beverley. Marlon Shearer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Ignacio Jaramillo in the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Barton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Saville came free, but Ahmad Ahsan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Micklefield City's zone, Billy Stössel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marlon Shearer came out of the goal and Billy Stössel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, José Ignacio Jaramillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barton FC's supporters rose to their feet, but José Ignacio Jaramillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marlon Shearer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucas Beverley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ahmad Ahsan made a huge save. Román Navarro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Marlon Shearer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Barton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ke Fan Li to maneuver through the defense. Alparslan Mertel scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marlon Shearer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Barton FC's Ahmad Ahsan got control of the ball when Kristopher Driver tried to sneak it across the goal line. José Ignacio Jaramillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barton FC had played much better football throughout.
