Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronnie Buckley kicked off to start the match. Tommy Worrall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stu Bowen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Hakim Qazi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes The Hague got a freekick which was hit by Adnan Faisal. Razzaq Akram hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Griffiths during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to The Hague getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Saad Chaudary hit a great ball. In the 27th minute Tommy Worrall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakim Qazi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trev Radcliffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waqas Akhtar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ryan Howarth kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Tommy Worrall came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Kenilworth City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tommy Worrall couldn't finish the play. After 35 minutes, Akif Aslam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Hague and the Kenilworth City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Adnan Faisal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Waqas Akhtar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Trev Radcliffe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Freddy Ostargi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 51st minute of the match, Tommy Worrall got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hakim Qazi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Hakim Qazi was a little too slow when Stu Bowen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-2. Freddy Ostargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Trev Radcliffe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akif Aslam hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ronnie Buckley kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hakim Qazi. That made the score 1-3 in the 76 minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, The Hague's Waqas Akhtar made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trev Radcliffe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The The Hague fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kenilworth City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
