Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Usama Shahrukh to make the kick off. Micklefield City's Marlon Shearer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Usama Shahrukh in the 53rd minute of play. If Zaib Zubair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zaib Zubair blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marlon Shearer having to make a save. The referee ignored Micklefield City's protests and gave Alfred Saville a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Micklefield City getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alfred Saville hit a great ball. Abdullah Liaquat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marlon Shearer having to interfere. In the 66th minute Usama Shahrukh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marlon Shearer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Usama Shahrukh put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marlon Shearer. Marlon Shearer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Abdullah Liaquat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute.
