Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Waqas Akhtar started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, The Hague's goal looked a bit too open when Shoaib Munir came free, but Hakim Qazi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Farnworth AFC! The referee gave The Hague a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Saad Chaudary, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Farnworth AFC's Adnan Kaleem. 1-0. The Hague's Hakim Qazi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khalid Meman in the 19th minute of play. Freddy Ostargi struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Adnan Kaleem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Hague. Waqas Akhtar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakim Qazi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mansoor Sadiqqi in the 30th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Farnworth AFC's Khalid Meman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hakim Qazi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Waqas Akhtar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adnan Kaleem having to make a save. If Shoaib Munir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Farnworth AFC's Mansoor Sadiqqi got a free kick in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Javed Zeeshan made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, The Hague's goalkeeper Hakim Qazi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Khalid Meman. Waqas Akhtar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adnan Kaleem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to The Hague getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Javed Iqbal hit a great ball. Freddy Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Freddy Ostargi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Farnworth AFC's goalkeeper Adnan Kaleem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zeeshan Shayan hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waqas Akhtar in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adnan Kaleem saved Farnworth AFC from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Farnworth AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Ostargi came free, but Adnan Kaleem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Farnworth AFC's zone, Waqas Akhtar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adnan Kaleem came out of the goal and Waqas Akhtar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Farnworth AFC's Javed Zeeshan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hakim Qazi. That made the score 1-2 after 86 minutes of play. The Farnworth AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
