After 12 minutes, Kamil Shahrukh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wellesbourne and the Sandbach players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Wellesbourne getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kamil Shahrukh hit a great ball. Hakim ul-Hassan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Mudasser Qureshi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sandbach! 30 minutes into the match, Sufyan Shayan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kang Xiang Xuan. Sandbach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sufyan Shayan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Moazzam Rehman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sufyan Shayan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kang Xiang Xuan having to interfere. The Sandbach players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wellesbourne were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hakim ul-Hassan was the one to do the kick off. When Hakim ul-Hassan came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sandbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakim ul-Hassan couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sufyan Shayan during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Moazzam Rehman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kang Xiang Xuan. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 59th minute, Aftab Meman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hakim ul-Hassan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kang Xiang Xuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moazzam Rehman, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The supporters of Sandbach booed when Wellesbourne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aftab Meman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Sandbach's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sufyan Shayan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 84 minutes into the match, Sandbach's goal looked a bit too open when Moazzam Rehman came free, but Kang Xiang Xuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sufyan Shayan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sufyan Shayan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kang Xiang Xuan having to make a save. After having played for 92 minutes, Moazzam Rehman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wellesbourne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moazzam Rehman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wellesbourne played a much better game than Sandbach and deserved their victory. The Sandbach players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
