After a defensive mix-up in Penzance FC's zone, Yasir Afzal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nawaz Ahsan came out of the goal and Yasir Afzal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot by Amjad Isfahan from long distance, 13 minutes into the match, got Nawaz Ahsan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 19 minutes into the match, Penzance FC's goalkeeper Nawaz Ahsan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yasir Afzal. If Daud Yahya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nawaz Ahsan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yasir Afzal in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute of the match, Yasir Afzal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nawaz Ahsan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Daud Yahya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Daud Yahya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nawaz Ahsan was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Stokenchurch City were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Penzance FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sheraz Qadri took the corner. Amjad Isfahan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nawaz Ahsan having to interfere. When Fahim Ghiaz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Penzance FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fahim Ghiaz couldn't finish the play. After 42 minutes, Alam Muneer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Penzance FC and the Stokenchurch City players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stokenchurch City booed when Penzance FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alam Muneer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daud Yahya made a kick off. When Yasir Afzal fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stokenchurch City's protests and gave Yasir Afzal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Penzance FC booed when Stokenchurch City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yasir Afzal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yasir Afzal in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nawaz Ahsan saved Penzance FC from getting behind. After 58 minutes of play, Stokenchurch City's Yasir Afzal made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nawaz Ahsan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 71 played minutes Penzance FC got a freekick which was hit by Mubashar Shahrukh. Ateeq Shafi kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Amjad Isfahan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Penzance FC's Nawaz Ahsan. Nawaz Ahsan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Yasir Afzal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fahim Ghiaz hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Daud Yahya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nawaz Ahsan having to interfere. Penzance FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
