Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamzah Al Ali kicked off to start the match. A hard shot by Jalal Al Sarraf from long distance, 4 minutes into the match, got Khalefa Al Homaithe's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Otley's Hamzah Al Ali in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Comberton's goalie prevented a goal. Comberton's Khalefa Al Homaithe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamzah Al Ali in the 10th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Firas Taqi in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nasser Al Matrok prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the game, Basel Al Ammar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Otley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Comberton the free kick. After a rather tough play, Comberton's Qais Shams got a free kick in the 15th minute. Khalefa Al Homaithe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hamzah Al Ali's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Saleh Al Ajmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Khalefa Al Homaithe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mamon Al Bana struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Nasser Al Matrok didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Comberton. When Mamon Al Bana fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Comberton's protests and gave Mamon Al Bana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, Comberton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mamon Al Bana to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Comberton's zone, Saleh Al Ajmi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalefa Al Homaithe came out of the goal and Saleh Al Ajmi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sobah Al Mehana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Khalefa Al Homaithe firmly grabbed it by the left post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Firas Taqi was the one to do the kick off. Nasser Al Matrok made an important save on a dangerous shot by Firas Taqi in the 52nd minute. Mamon Al Bana was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Comberton's Khalefa Al Homaithe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saleh Al Ajmi in the 57th minute of play. Sobah Al Mehana kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Otley's Jaffer Al Kandere tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamzah Al Ali in the 67th minute of play forced Comberton's goalkeeper Khalefa Al Homaithe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eyad Al Sarraf fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Comberton's protests and gave Eyad Al Sarraf a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Comberton's Eyad Al Sarraf got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Jaffer Al Kandere was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Otley booed when Comberton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karem Al Naqi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaffer Al Kandere, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 87th minute, Saleh Al Ajmi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mamon Al Bana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nasser Al Matrok tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
