The Blewbury fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faleh Al Attar should have stopped the shot. Sadeq Al Khobaize received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Faleh Al Attar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sadeq Al Khobaize in the 22nd minute of play forced Blewbury's goalkeeper Faleh Al Attar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blewbury were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Ipplepen FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sajid Shrean took the corner. After taking down the ball on Blewbury's corner Sajid Shrean fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Basel Al Shaikh quite easily take care of the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Abdul Mohsen Al Arbash cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Basel Al Shaikh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saher Al Gareb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Basel Al Shaikh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ipplepen FC's Basel Al Shaikh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saher Al Gareb in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Khalel Al Sohali got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Khalel Al Sohali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sadeq Al Khobaize to strike the kick off in the second half. 1-2 became the score in the 57th minute when Sadeq Al Khobaize elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Faleh Al Attar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sadeq Al Khobaize, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basel Al Shaikh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khalel Al Sohali in the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mamdouh Al Zamel during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Mamdouh Al Zamel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basel Al Shaikh came out of the goal and Saher Al Gareb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ipplepen FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Salah Al Barrak hit a great ball. Saher Al Gareb might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basel Al Shaikh. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saher Al Gareb ran back to his position shaking his head. 96 minutes into the match, Blewbury's goalkeeper Faleh Al Attar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mamdouh Al Zamel. Although Blewbury had been in control for most of the match, Ipplepen FC still came away with the win.
