After having played for 37 minutes, Baqer Al Jarah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chilcompton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baqer Al Jarah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wythenshaw's Sadeq Al Najdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saed Al Sharaf in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Chilcompton's Baqer Al Jarah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sadeq Al Najdi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saed Al Sharaf might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sadeq Al Najdi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saed Al Sharaf ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saed Al Sharaf made a kick off. Saed Al Sharaf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wythenshaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chilcompton the free kick. Sadeq Al Najdi had in the 77thth minute some difficulties stopping Sajid Al Attar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 77 minutes into the match, Sajid Al Attar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sadeq Al Najdi. Wythenshaw's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sajid Al Attar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Jaber Al Hindi hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When Sror Al Shaikh fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chilcompton's protests and gave Sror Al Shaikh a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 played minutes Chilcompton got a freekick which was hit by Sror Al Shaikh. 85 minutes into the game, Yasen Al Najdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wythenshaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chilcompton the free kick. Farhan Al Hajri hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute of the match Sajid Al Attar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sadeq Al Najdi skillfully saved the ball. When the match was over Chilcompton could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Wythenshaw throughout the match.
