After having played for 4 minutes, Sanad Al Mosawe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Margate's Salem Bo Hamad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sajid Al Dowaisan in the 11th minute of play. Mamdouh Shamsah struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Salem Bo Hamad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al Barsha. Abdul Rahman Al Homaithe hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Mamdouh Shamsah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Margate's zone, Sajid Al Dowaisan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salem Bo Hamad came out of the goal and Sajid Al Dowaisan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salem Bo Hamad came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Al Barsha's Mamdouh Shamsah. But to his dismay, Mamdouh Shamsah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Salem Bo Hamad didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Al Barsha's Mamdouh Shamsah shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. If Mamdouh Shamsah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Mamdouh Shamsah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margate's Salem Bo Hamad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Riad Al Shemali's late challenge caught a Al Barsha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Riad Al Shemali helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute, Riad Al Shemali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mamdouh Shamsah stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Margate getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Margate's supporters rose to their feet, but Fahad Al Matrok was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fuad Al Khars breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mamdouh Shamsah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Al Barsha's Mamdouh Shamsah was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mamdouh Shamsah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salem Bo Hamad having to interfere. Mamdouh Shamsah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salem Bo Hamad having to interfere. Al Barsha played a much better game than Margate and deserved their victory. The Margate players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
