Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Wael Bahroh fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al Barsha's protests and gave Wael Bahroh a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Wael Bahroh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fuad Al Khars made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shjae Al Sallal in the 5th minute of play. Adem Al Bahar kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Yazeed Dehrab struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Fuad Al Khars didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sharjah FC. With a little luck, Sharjah FC's Joop Minnen got control of the ball when Sajid Al Dowaisan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yazeed Dehrab might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fuad Al Khars. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yazeed Dehrab ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Mamdouh Shamsah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joop Minnen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fuad Al Khars showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yazeed Dehrab in the 15th minute of the match. Yazeed Dehrab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fuad Al Khars tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Wasel Al Bahar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sharjah FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasel Al Bahar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wael Bahroh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joop Minnen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasel Al Bahar in the 30th minute of play forced Al Barsha's goalkeeper Fuad Al Khars to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joop Minnen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamdouh Shamsah, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Wasel Al Bahar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Al Barsha's goal looked a bit too open when Wasel Al Bahar came free, but Fuad Al Khars reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Sharjah FC's Yazeed Dehrab nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fuad Al Khars made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 41 minutes, Sajid Al Dowaisan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al Barsha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sajid Al Dowaisan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sharjah FC's Yousef Sarkhoh got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Wasel Al Bahar made the kick off in the second half. Fuad Al Khars took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazeed Dehrab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fuad Al Khars came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sharjah FC's Wasel Al Bahar. But to his dismay, Wasel Al Bahar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Yazeed Dehrab received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fuad Al Khars came out and tried to block the shot, but Yazeed Dehrab slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. Fuad Dashti lost his temper 61 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Fuad Al Khars took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yazeed Dehrab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Yousef Sarkhoh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sharjah FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al Barsha the free kick. Yousef Sarkhoh hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Sharjah FC's Ayman Jiragh got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Emad Al Nasser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wasel Al Bahar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuad Al Khars having to interfere. Ayman Jiragh got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 80 played minutes Sharjah FC got a freekick which was hit by Ayman Jiragh. Yazeed Dehrab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuad Al Khars having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Yazeed Dehrab's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fuad Al Khars was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Sharjah FC played a much better game than Al Barsha and deserved their victory. The Al Barsha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
