Vasile Baniciu charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasile Baniciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nader Al Homaithe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Wroxham booed when MCFC ᴳ⁸³ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rida Al Hajri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hao Jian charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hao Jian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hao Jian hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes MCFC ᴳ⁸³ got a freekick which was hit by Erik Palotás. When Msaed Al Mehana fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wroxham's protests and gave Msaed Al Mehana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MCFC ᴳ⁸³ booed when Wroxham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Msaed Al Mehana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Mohammad Boland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemir Taqi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Marciano Macon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Hao Jian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fared Shrean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Talal Bo Qamaz to make the kick off. With a little luck, MCFC ᴳ⁸³'s Roger Hermes got control of the ball when Nemir Taqi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fared Shrean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godfredo Corderun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Rida Al Hajri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fared Shrean quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 59th minute, Marciano Macon made a precise shot to the right of Fared Shrean. Wroxham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 4-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Marciano Macon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fared Shrean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hao Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fared Shrean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Macon's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Marciano Macon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roger Hermes made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Mohammad Boland sent off a good shot on target. Roger Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Talal Bo Qamaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Macon in the 88th minute of play forced Wroxham's goalkeeper Fared Shrean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wroxham's Nemir Taqi got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Nemir Taqi off the ground. After a rather tough play, Wroxham's Nemir Taqi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Hao Jian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fared Shrean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. MCFC ᴳ⁸³ were victorious despite being under pressure from Wroxham for much of the match.
