Fared Shrean was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Seraj Al Kandere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nader Al Homaithe got free with Msaed Shalan in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Seraj Al Kandere recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaber Al Motar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fared Shrean read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wroxham's Nabel Al Sarraf got a free kick in the 19th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jaber Al Motar sped through Wroxham's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fared Shrean. Msaed Shalan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Talal Bo Qamaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Msaed Shalan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nader Al Homaithe in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Jaber Al Motar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fared Shrean was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaber Al Motar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With his leg Fared Shrean managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Glastonbury's Seraj Al Kandere fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fared Shrean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seraj Al Kandere in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Wroxham's goalkeeper Fared Shrean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Seraj Al Kandere. Seraj Al Kandere kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Msaed Shalan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Talal Bo Qamaz's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Seraj Al Kandere could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Fared Shrean however easily saved by the left post. Fared Shrean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seraj Al Kandere in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Glastonbury's Seraj Al Kandere nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fared Shrean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. If Jaber Al Motar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohammad Boland hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 97 minutes, Fared Shrean successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
