Domenico Lampa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fared Shrean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shjae Al Muwail, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's Shjae Al Muwail was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Habib Al Najdi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Mohammad Boland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wroxham's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohammad Boland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Bandar Al Kandere fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's protests and gave Bandar Al Kandere a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wroxham booed when Khor Fakkan Sport & C C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bandar Al Kandere didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's zone, Talal Bo Qamaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domenico Lampa came out of the goal and Talal Bo Qamaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Shjae Al Muwail took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Fared Shrean to make any attempt to save it. In the 30th minute Adham Al Dosery shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fared Shrean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute Khor Fakkan Sport & C C were awarded a corner. Habib Al Najdi went to the cornerflag to take it. Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's Domenico Lampa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohammad Boland in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's Abdelnaser Dehrab made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fared Shrean was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Fared Shrean successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 46 played minutes Wroxham got a freekick which was hit by Nemir Taqi. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Talal Bo Qamaz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Wroxham's Talal Bo Qamaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domenico Lampa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fared Shrean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shjae Al Muwail, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shjae Al Muwail in the 60th minute of play forced Wroxham's goalkeeper Fared Shrean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Msaed Al Mehana hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Abdelnaser Dehrab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wroxham's Fared Shrean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nemir Taqi during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Wroxham's Nemir Taqi got a free kick in the 76th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Habib Al Najdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wroxham the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Habib Al Najdi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Khor Fakkan Sport & C C's supporters rose to their feet, but Habib Al Najdi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fared Shrean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelnaser Dehrab in the 97th minute of play forced Wroxham's goalkeeper Fared Shrean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
