Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sarhan Al Ajmi made the kick off which started today's match. Jamal Bo Abbas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yazeed Dehrab in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Sharjah FC booed when Upwell FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Al Bahar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sharjah FC's Yazeed Dehrab got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wasel Al Bahar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jamal Bo Abbas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Fuad Shalan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jamal Bo Abbas came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Sharjah FC's Wasel Al Bahar. But to his dismay, Wasel Al Bahar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th match minute, Sharjah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shjae Al Sallal to maneuver through the defense. Yazeed Dehrab scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jamal Bo Abbas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Wasel Al Bahar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sharjah FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wasel Al Bahar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jamal Bo Abbas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Malik Shalan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jamal Bo Abbas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sarhan Al Ajmi fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Upwell FC's protests and gave Sarhan Al Ajmi a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Upwell FC got a freekick which was hit by Sarhan Al Ajmi. Wasel Al Bahar scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jamal Bo Abbas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, Upwell FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yazeed Dehrab came free, but Jamal Bo Abbas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasel Al Bahar in the 40th minute of play forced Upwell FC's goalkeeper Jamal Bo Abbas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yazeed Dehrab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jamal Bo Abbas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazeed Dehrab in the 62nd minute of play forced Upwell FC's goalkeeper Jamal Bo Abbas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Upwell FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jamal Al Bahar hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Sharjah FC's Jamal Bo Abbas threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yazeed Dehrab, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
