Magnus Egeberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Peter Kik made a huge save. Ebrahem Al Shaikh's late challenge caught a Al-Mnya Northleach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ebrahem Al Shaikh helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Magnus Egeberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Al-Mnya Northleach's Younis Al Homaithe in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shabab Alahli's goalie prevented a goal. In the 21st minute, Lafi Al Adsani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Caco Marques was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 27th minute, Faisal Al Wazan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Magnus Egeberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peter Kik. The goal made the score 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magnus Egeberg in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Kik saved Shabab Alahli from getting behind. The supporters of Al-Mnya Northleach booed when Shabab Alahli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lafi Al Adsani didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Al-Mnya Northleach's Armando Edwardo got a free kick in the 44th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Eesa Al Ajmi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shabab Alahli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eesa Al Ajmi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Shabab Alahli's Nayef Jiragh nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caco Marques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Younis Al Homaithe to strike the kick off in the second half. Caco Marques was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lafi Al Adsani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 53 minute of play. Caco Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Al Adsani in the 57th minute of the match. Caco Marques came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Shabab Alahli's Nayef Jiragh. But to his dismay, Nayef Jiragh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 65th minute, Darweesh Dehrab ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Kik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. With a little luck, Al-Mnya Northleach's Caco Marques got control of the ball when Nayef Jiragh tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Kik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darweesh Dehrab, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Eesa Al Ajmi hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Shabab Alahli's Peter Kik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Egeberg in the 84th minute of play. Lafi Al Adsani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Eshaq Al Mansor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shabab Alahli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. A collision led to Shabab Alahli getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Fawzy Al Qatam hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Shabab Alahli left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Al-Mnya Northleach.
