After a rather tough play, Rodley AFC's Grigoriy Maikapar got a free kick in the 12th minute. Nikolay Eshtrekov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinoviy Hairetdinov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikolay Eshtrekov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanislav Nevzorov, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Lokomotiv Daguestan's Gerasim Rodin got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konstantin Freidin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute of the match Eduard Lomovskiy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nikolay Eshtrekov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arkadiy Maslov's late challenge caught a Lokomotiv Daguestan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arkadiy Maslov helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lokomotiv Daguestan booed when Rodley AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiy Maslov didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Rodley AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lokomotiv Daguestan were winning 0-3.

After 57 played minutes Lokomotiv Daguestan got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Cortes. Nikolay Eshtrekov made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Gerasim Rodin sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Rodley AFC's Nikolay Eshtrekov got control of the ball when Gerasim Rodin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 played minutes Rodley AFC got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Freidin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zinoviy Hairetdinov in the 87th minute of play forced Rodley AFC's goalkeeper Nikolay Eshtrekov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Lokomotiv Daguestan's Stanislav Nevzorov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikolay Eshtrekov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Lokomotiv Daguestan made a substitution. Virgílio de Brito replaced Gerasim Rodin. 95 minutes into the match, Rodley AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaro Minton came free, but Nikolay Eshtrekov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nikolay Eshtrekov came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Lokomotiv Daguestan's Virgílio de Brito. But to his dismay, Virgílio de Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Rodley AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lokomotiv Daguestan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
