In the 7th match minute, Ross on Wye City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dmitriy Makovetskiy to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute of the match Valeriy Kubrakov sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonid Berdnikov skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute, Zinoviy Bystrov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonid Berdnikov. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Ross on Wye City booed when FC Aktobe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergey Lanskoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, David Blankov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Aktobe's Zinoviy Perepelkin didn't even have to move. If Ernest Nizhinskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Vladimir Zaitsev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Blankov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Karl Krichmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zinoviy Perepelkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Blankov, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Ross on Wye City's Leonid Berdnikov got control of the ball when Leonid Plyusnin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30thth minute of the game Dmitriy Makovetskiy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Aktobe's Zinoviy Perepelkin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 30 played minutes FC Aktobe got a freekick which was hit by Denis Shubin. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Arseniy Sotnik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ross on Wye City's supporters rose to their feet, but Arseniy Sotnik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zinoviy Perepelkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Krichmar in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zinoviy Perepelkin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dmitriy Makovetskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fedor Mikhailov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC Aktobe defense, Dmitriy Makovetskiy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zinoviy Perepelkin. The FC Aktobe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zinoviy Perepelkin should have stopped the shot. David Blankov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Zinoviy Perepelkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Arseniy Sotnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fedor Mikhailov to strike the kick off in the second half. Zinoviy Perepelkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitriy Makovetskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56thth minute of the game Fedor Mikhailov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ross on Wye City's Leonid Berdnikov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FC Aktobe booed when Ross on Wye City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dmitriy Makovetskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zinoviy Perepelkin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Karl Krichmar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Zinoviy Perepelkin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leonid Berdnikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedor Mikhailov, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Dmitriy Makovetskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zinoviy Perepelkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game Arseniy Sotnik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Aktobe's Zinoviy Perepelkin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Dmitriy Makovetskiy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zinoviy Perepelkin was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Karl Krichmar had several of the FC Aktobe's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Zinoviy Perepelkin as he didn't even see the shot coming. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valeriy Kubrakov during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Karl Krichmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonid Berdnikov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedor Mikhailov in the 91st minute of play. David Blankov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zinoviy Perepelkin having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, FC Aktobe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zinoviy Bystrov to maneuver through the defense. Ross on Wye City played a much better game than FC Aktobe and deserved their victory. The FC Aktobe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
