An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Shevchuk in the 11th minute of play forced Football Manager Club's goalkeeper Boris Smirnov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Stepan Soloviev fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Football Manager Club's protests and gave Stepan Soloviev a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Downton FC booed when Football Manager Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stepan Soloviev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filimon Prosenko struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Boris Smirnov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Downton FC. The crowd rose to their feet as Kirill Shevchuk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Boris Smirnov. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. Boris Smirnov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filimon Prosenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Boris Smirnov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filimon Prosenko in the 38th minute of the match. Boris Smirnov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Varlam Potemin in the 40th minute. Boris Smirnov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Sorokin in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Downton FC's Irakliy Shimkus got a free kick in the 89th minute. When Aleksey Arshinnikov came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Football Manager Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksey Arshinnikov couldn't finish the play. If Aleksey Arshinnikov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Football Manager Club's Boris Smirnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Varlam Potemin in the 92nd minute of play. After 95 minutes, Aleksandr Levtsov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Football Manager Club and the Downton FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Football Manager Club getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Aleksandr Levtsov hit a great ball. In the 98thth minute of the game Filimon Prosenko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Football Manager Club's Boris Smirnov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
