With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Babkin in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boris Smirnov saved Football Manager Club from getting behind. If Adam Babkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Vladislav Gurin made a precise shot to the right of Boris Smirnov. Football Manager Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. There was no doubt that Northampton were the better team. Northampton's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
