Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Diss's Yaroslav Bochkin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Diss got a freekick which was hit by Mikhail Kirillov. 6 minutes into the match, MuTaAy's Aleksey Berezutskiy broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Felix Lapushinskiy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vyacheslav Gagarin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Felix Lapushinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Vyacheslav Gagarin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Yaroslav Bochkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diss's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaroslav Bochkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleksey Eropkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Gorshkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksey Eropkin having to interfere. When Boris Nikolaev came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the MuTaAy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Nikolaev couldn't finish the play. Aleksey Eropkin came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Diss's Igor Gorshkov. But to his dismay, Igor Gorshkov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boris Nikolaev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Diss's Yaroslav Bochkin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aleksey Eropkin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in MuTaAy's zone, Igor Gorshkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aleksey Eropkin came out of the goal and Igor Gorshkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diss's Vyacheslav Gagarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Nikolaev in the 88th minute of play. 88 minutes into the game, Yaroslav Bochkin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diss's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MuTaAy the free kick. After 89 played minutes Diss got a freekick which was hit by Yaroslav Bochkin. Matvey Ovchinnikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 97 minutes into the match, Diss's Igor Gorshkov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleksey Eropkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Diss walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
