When Berwick Upon Tweed's Zahar Nelepin in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Zahar Nelepin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksey Rusakov having to interfere. Zahar Nelepin struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Aleksey Rusakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berwick Upon Tweed. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zahar Nelepin in the 35th minute of play forced Pittsburgh Kazaks's goalkeeper Aleksey Rusakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Zahar Nelepin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berwick Upon Tweed's supporters rose to their feet, but Zahar Nelepin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aleksey Rusakov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aleksey Rusakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zahar Nelepin in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Yuriy Vanin could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Aleksey Rusakov however easily saved by the left post. After 45 played minutes Pittsburgh Kazaks got a freekick which was hit by Anatoliy Semenov. Berwick Upon Tweed's Gennadiy Antushevskiy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pittsburgh Kazaks. Yuriy Vanin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksey Rusakov having to interfere.

After a rather tough play, Pittsburgh Kazaks's Nikolay Ryzhov got a free kick in the 54th minute. Zahar Nelepin struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Aleksey Rusakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berwick Upon Tweed. Vyacheslav Belenko was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 68th minute. Pittsburgh Kazaks's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 74th minute, Zahar Nelepin made a precise shot to the right of Aleksey Rusakov. Pittsburgh Kazaks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Yuriy Vanin took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aleksey Rusakov. Aleksey Rusakov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 86th minute of the game, Ruslan Lezhnev landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Nikolay Ryzhov kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Gennadiy Antushevskiy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aleksey Rusakov skillfully saved the ball. Yuriy Vanin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Yuriy Vanin notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Pittsburgh Kazaks's Aleksey Rusakov. Aleksey Rusakov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Berwick Upon Tweed were the better team. Berwick Upon Tweed's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
