Skyfire FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Спартак Семей the free kick. The supporters of Спартак Семей booed when Skyfire FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Gusev didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Albert Gusev came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Skyfire FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Gusev couldn't finish the play. Evgeniy Borkovskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georgiy Grodetskiy having to interfere. Georgiy Grodetskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evgeniy Borkovskiy in the 18th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Evgeniy Borkovskiy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Georgiy Grodetskiy was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Evgeniy Borkovskiy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Georgiy Grodetskiy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Skyfire FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albert Gusev was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georgiy Grodetskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evgeniy Borkovskiy in the 59th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Спартак Семей:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skyfire FC:s goal. Aleksey Bunich shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Evgeniy Borkovskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Elin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artem Bezrodnyi in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Skyfire FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vyacheslav Merezhko to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Artem Bezrodnyi made a precise shot to the right of Roman Elin. Skyfire FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Skyfire FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
