Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mstislav Gurevich to make the kick off. Slow Motion FC's Rudolf Haletskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Slow Motion FC from getting a goal against them. Almaty Night Warriors's Vasiliy Vampilov managed to work through Slow Motion FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Vasiliy Vampilov dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Rudolf Haletskiy made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Gennadiy Gorelkin sent off a good shot on target. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rudolf Haletskiy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Almaty Night Warriors's Prohor Babkin got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Almaty Night Warriors getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gennadiy Gorelkin hit a great ball. Slow Motion FC's Rudolf Haletskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasiliy Vampilov in the 87th minute of play. Vasiliy Vampilov struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Rudolf Haletskiy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almaty Night Warriors. Igor Ignatov came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Slow Motion FC's Oleg Chepurkovskiy. But to his dismay, Oleg Chepurkovskiy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Chants of Almaty Night Warriors echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Slow Motion FC had held the ball for most of the match.
