Mikhail Belyaninov's late challenge caught a Bristol Centre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerasim Kulikovskiy came out and tried to block the shot, but Vitaliy Pestrov slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Vadim Kalandinskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gerasim Kulikovskiy made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, ötüken's goalkeeper Gerasim Kulikovskiy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vadim Kalandinskiy. Vadim Kalandinskiy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Gerasim Kulikovskiy made a huge save. In the 35th minute Vitaliy Pestrov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasim Kulikovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vadim Kalandinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gerasim Kulikovskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grigoriy Samgin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute Vadim Kalandinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerasim Kulikovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, ötüken's goal looked a bit too open when Erast Zheltuhin came free, but Gerasim Kulikovskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gennadiy Bessmertnov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitaliy Zimin having to interfere. Gerasim Kulikovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaliy Pestrov in the 92nd minute of play. Bristol Centre walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
