The supporters of Bow City booed when Kinlet United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Stonehouse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fatih Sehriyar had several of the Kinlet United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tristan Metcalfe as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tristan Metcalfe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Wilkes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, Kinlet United's Matty Stonehouse made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stasio Cetnar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 18 minutes into the match, Bow City's goal looked a bit too open when Casey Philpott came free, but Stasio Cetnar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stasio Cetnar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Beck, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 23 minutes of play, Kinlet United's Casey Philpott made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stasio Cetnar was left in no man's land by his defense there! 26 minutes into the match, Casey Philpott notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Bow City's Stasio Cetnar. Stasio Cetnar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alec Froggatt in the 33rd minute of play forced Bow City's goalkeeper Stasio Cetnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Kinlet United booed when Bow City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fatih Sehriyar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stasio Cetnar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alec Froggatt went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Bow City booed when Kinlet United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Beck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Doug Ryder hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Stasio Cetnar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Don Beck fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kinlet United's protests and gave Don Beck a yellow card for diving instead. Trevor Woodyat kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Matty Stonehouse reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stasio Cetnar. The goal made the score 1-7. Doug Ryder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stasio Cetnar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alec Froggatt in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bow City's Alfred Jenkins got a free kick in the 76th minute. Bruce Carpenter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alec Froggatt in the 81st minute of play forced Bow City's goalkeeper Stasio Cetnar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruce Carpenter was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Bow City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doug Ryder to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes Bow City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bruce Carpenter who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Kinlet United's Rufus Wilkins getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 93rd minute Alec Froggatt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Cetnar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bow City getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Doug Ryder hit a great ball. The Bow City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kinlet United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
