Kasey Cheeseman hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29thth minute of the game Warren Newland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stalybridge United's Damion Lonsdale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Warren Newland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Danny Beerman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Damion Lonsdale made a huge save. Bob Watson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfie Spurgeon in the 55th minute of the match.
