In the 4th minute, Stefan Moyse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuel Bennett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ty Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Samuel Bennett got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Reggie Lane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Bennett struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Ty Price didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maradona FC. Robin Butt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jonny Hicks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maradona FC's Jonny Hicks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Lane in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Walter Atkinson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ty Price to make any attempt to save it. In the 29th minute, Walter Atkinson made a precise shot to the right of Ty Price. Hunstanton City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Jonny Hicks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Butt in the 33rd minute of play. Samuel Bennett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walter Atkinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Price having to interfere. Hunstanton City's Ty Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ron Tipton in the 41st minute of play. Samuel Bennett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ty Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Atkinson in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Walter Atkinson made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sol Alsford during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hunstanton City getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Sol Alsford hit a great ball. Walter Atkinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Samuel Bennett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ty Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hunstanton City's zone, Samuel Bennett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ty Price came out of the goal and Samuel Bennett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Hunstanton City's Reggie Lane slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonny Hicks. That made the score 3-1 after 60 minutes of play. Samuel Bennett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute, Walter Atkinson made a precise shot to the right of Ty Price. Hunstanton City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 72nd minute of the match Jeremy Potter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ty Price showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute Walter Atkinson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ty Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ty Price took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Bennett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Samuel Bennett made a precise shot to the right of Ty Price. Hunstanton City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Ty Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Bennett in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hunstanton City's Karl Plumber got a free kick in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the game, one of Hunstanton City:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Maradona FC. Jeremy Potter stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ty Price. 6-1. If Walter Atkinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walter Atkinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Price having to interfere. When Maradona FC's Samuel Bennett in the 100th minute got a chance for a shot 100th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hunstanton City's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Maradona FC had played much better football throughout.
