Darren Pennant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ty Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristan Southgate, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Alastair Hartley made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Robin Butt sent off a good shot on target. Tristan Southgate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ty Price having to interfere. The supporters of Hunstanton City booed when Uffington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Oldham didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Darren Pennant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uffington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Darren Pennant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tristan Southgate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39thth minute of the game Tristan Southgate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hunstanton City's Ty Price was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Uffington's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie Lane came free, but Alastair Hartley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reggie Lane was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Hunstanton City's zone, Miles Ripley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ty Price came out of the goal and Miles Ripley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tristan Southgate was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Louis Ansell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hunstanton City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uffington the free kick. After a rather tough play, Uffington's Miles Ripley got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 60 minutes, Miles Ripley mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Uffington and the Hunstanton City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Uffington got a freekick which was hit by Miles Ripley. If Tristan Southgate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl Plumber kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tristan Southgate in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ty Price saved Hunstanton City from getting behind. Darren Pennant blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ty Price having to make a save. Ty Price made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Darren Pennant sent off a good shot on target.
