Spectators: 10876 (Terracing: 8158, Seating: 2501, VIP seats: 217) Haroldo Celipe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 minutes, Haroldo Celipe made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Withington United's Ralf Osborn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Karl Bromley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Micheal Spink. FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl Bromley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ralf Osborn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Alberico in the 16th minute of the match. Alberto Alberico took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ralf Osborn. Ralf Osborn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's Haroldo Celipe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ralf Osborn. That made the score 3-1 after 25 minutes of play. 28 minutes into the game, one of Withington United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aaron Bassett hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Haroldo Celipe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Ralf Osborn made a huge save. After 45 played minutes FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ got a freekick which was hit by Gordon Thorn. In the 46th minute, Silvester Colton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl Bromley to make the kick off. Alberto Alberico scored 4-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ralf Osborn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Withington United's zone, Xurxo Urruti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ralf Osborn came out of the goal and Xurxo Urruti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ralf Osborn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Alberico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Xurxo Urruti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Xurxo Urruti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Osborn having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Schøyen to maneuver through the defense. If Silvester Colton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute Haroldo Celipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Osborn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ralf Osborn having to interfere. Micheal Spink came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Withington United's Karl Bromley. But to his dismay, Karl Bromley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. If Matthew Wall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralf Osborn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xurxo Urruti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ were the better team. FC DYNAMO ᴱᴸᴵᵀᴱ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
