Jonathan Fuller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spyros Vlassiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, New Wave FC's goal looked a bit too open when Spyros Vlassiadis came free, but Jonathan Fuller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Dave Henwood dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Henry Nash, 1-0. Dave Henwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henry Nash having to interfere. Dave Henwood who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Henry Nash when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ruben Sharpe took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Fuller. Jonathan Fuller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. New Wave FC's Jonathan Fuller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Pilarski in the 26th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, New Wave FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nigel Jenkins to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Benedykt Pilarski made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Fuller. New Wave FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruben Sharpe in the 46th minute of play forced New Wave FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Fuller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TROYA CF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
