Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rhys Deacon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Denis Ainsworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Ur, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Denis Ainsworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Ur in the 11th minute of play. Zachary Skwira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rhys Deacon's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. The Caversham fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Caversham's Rhys Deacon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Caversham's Rhys Deacon in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye STEEL SPORT CLUB's goalie prevented a goal. STEEL SPORT CLUB's attentive Vance Gunn managed to snatch the ball when Jamie Nethercot made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Denis Ainsworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Ur in the 20th minute of the match. Zachary Skwira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre Laycock, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Zachary Skwira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodney Pickard in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute Rodney Pickard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Skwira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zachary Skwira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rhys Deacon's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Zachary Skwira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rhys Deacon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Caversham fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Caversham's Rhys Deacon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rhys Deacon in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachary Skwira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. STEEL SPORT CLUB's Zachary Skwira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre Laycock in the 43rd minute of play. A collision led to Caversham getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Nigel Burkinshaw hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeo Ur in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Ainsworth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amadeo Ur made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rhys Deacon in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachary Skwira saved STEEL SPORT CLUB from getting behind. A collision led to STEEL SPORT CLUB getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jeremias Carioca hit a great ball. Pierre Laycock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Zachary Skwira made a huge save. When Vance Gunn fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STEEL SPORT CLUB's protests and gave Vance Gunn a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes STEEL SPORT CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Vance Gunn. Caversham's Rodney Pickard got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 77 minutes, Martin Patten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caversham and the STEEL SPORT CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denis Byfield hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes, STEEL SPORT CLUB's Roy Chappell shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Denis Ainsworth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in STEEL SPORT CLUB reached it. Rhys Deacon charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rhys Deacon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Caversham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhys Deacon to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Lázaro Assis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amadeo Ur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
