Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Naina Takhar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 6 minutes into the match, Anuprabha Maroke notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sandbach's Naina Takhar. Naina Takhar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. heros fc were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Sandbach's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Asankita Krishnan took the corner. The corner led heros fc's Asankita Krishnan to fire away a dangerous shot which Naina Takhar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Naina Takhar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hukam Deshpande showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 26 minute of play. After 32 played minutes heros fc got a freekick which was hit by Harnath Sehgal. Amarjit Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harmage Thakkar having to interfere. Amarjit Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hukam Deshpande came free in the 41st minute and tried to tip the ball over Naina Takhar, but to the joy of Sandbach's supporters the ball went over. When Devaranya Bain came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Sandbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Devaranya Bain couldn't finish the play. Anuprabha Maroke received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Naina Takhar came out and tried to block the shot, but Anuprabha Maroke slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 48th minute.

If Devaranya Bain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amarjit Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Harmage Thakkar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hukam Deshpande fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 62nd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. When Devaranya Bain came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Sandbach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Devaranya Bain couldn't finish the play. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Devaranya Bain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amarjit Dias took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harmage Thakkar. Harmage Thakkar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Amarjit Dias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd match minute, heros fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harnath Sehgal to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hukam Deshpande in the 98th minute of play forced Sandbach's goalkeeper Naina Takhar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. heros fc's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
