The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Apratima Mahalingappa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Buddhasinha Modi. That made the score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 41st minute, Indradatta Gupta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Buddhasinha Modi. The goal made the score 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gokanya Bansal to strike the kick off in the second half. Apratima Mahalingappa scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Buddhasinha Modi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Brixham AFC booed when Rollin Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Indradatta Gupta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 84 minutes, Arunsu Rao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brixham AFC and the Rollin Reds players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rollin Reds's Varinderpal Chopra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Buddhasinha Modi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Rollin Reds's Indradatta Gupta got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apratima Mahalingappa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96thth minute of the game Indradatta Gupta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brixham AFC's Buddhasinha Modi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brixham AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rollin Reds.
