Spectators: 6749 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cakrika Lepcha started the match with the kick off. Citaka Thakur came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by SCHWEINSTEIGER's Aravind Irani. But to his dismay, Aravind Irani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute of the match Jivabhuta Kapani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Citaka Thakur skillfully saved the ball. Teijinder Thiara struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Citaka Thakur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SCHWEINSTEIGER. Aravind Irani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Citaka Thakur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jivabhuta Kapani during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SCHWEINSTEIGER's Jivabhuta Kapani got a free kick in the 17th minute. Horsham's Citaka Thakur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keya Sangha in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keya Sangha in the 33rd minute of play forced Horsham's goalkeeper Citaka Thakur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Aravind Irani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Citaka Thakur was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Aravind Irani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Citaka Thakur having to interfere. If Aravind Irani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Horsham players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SCHWEINSTEIGER were winning 0-2.

The audience was convinced that Keya Sangha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Citaka Thakur was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After 58 played minutes Horsham got a freekick which was hit by Cakrika Lepcha. Citaka Thakur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keya Sangha, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Raghunand Bhangu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute, Aravind Irani made a precise shot to the right of Citaka Thakur. Horsham's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Keya Sangha struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Citaka Thakur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SCHWEINSTEIGER. With a little luck, Horsham's Citaka Thakur got control of the ball when Teijinder Thiara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keya Sangha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Citaka Thakur made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Keya Sangha in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Citaka Thakur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Citaka Thakur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Keya Sangha's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. When SCHWEINSTEIGER's Keya Sangha in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Horsham's goalie prevented a goal. In the 86th minute, Keya Sangha fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Horsham's Citaka Thakur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keya Sangha in the 88th minute of play. SCHWEINSTEIGER's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
