Gurumurti Sangma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramjeet Ramesh having to interfere. Narinder Lell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ramjeet Ramesh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yadav Dambria came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Edgware FC's Girimana Thind. But to his dismay, Girimana Thind quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 11 minutes, Api Lal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warje FC and the Edgware FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Api Lal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. When Naginderpal Paranjpe came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Warje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naginderpal Paranjpe couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Edgware FC booed when Warje FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romesh Krishnamurthy didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Buksis Kamle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edgware FC's Buksis Kamle in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Warje FC's goalie prevented a goal. Yadav Dambria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anuvrata Khattqr in the 24th minute of the match. Abhayasinha Ayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Yadav Dambria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes of play Warje FC's Romesh Krishnamurthy was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Yadav Dambria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buksis Kamle, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Narinder Lell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Warje FC booed when Edgware FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apratima Dhudwal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Warje FC's Naginderpal Paranjpe in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Edgware FC's goalie prevented a goal. Buksis Kamle might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yadav Dambria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Buksis Kamle ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Edgware FC's goalkeeper Ramjeet Ramesh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naginderpal Paranjpe. After the first half Edgware FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Naginderpal Paranjpe made the kick off in the second half. Ramjeet Ramesh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naginderpal Paranjpe, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Uttamjot Pal kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Api Lal hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. A collision led to Edgware FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Girimana Thind hit a great ball. Anuvrata Khattqr scored 0-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yadav Dambria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Naginderpal Paranjpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramjeet Ramesh having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Naginderpal Paranjpe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramjeet Ramesh was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Ramjeet Ramesh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naginderpal Paranjpe in the 88th minute of the match. Narinder Lell struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Ramjeet Ramesh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warje FC. 93 minutes into the match, Warje FC's Naginderpal Paranjpe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramjeet Ramesh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yadav Dambria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buksis Kamle, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Although Warje FC had been in control for most of the match, Edgware FC still came away with the win.
