After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ramandeep Naidu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westbury-sub-Mendip's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramandeep Naidu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agnpurna Sawhney breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Budhila Talib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abhinamin Nayak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Abhinamin Nayak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, Girimana Sachdeva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Budhila Talib was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Reigate's Abhinamin Nayak in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Abhinamin Nayak came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Reigate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abhinamin Nayak couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Westbury-sub-Mendip's Ambumani Hundal got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Abhinamin Nayak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Budhila Talib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhinamin Nayak in the 58th minute of play. Budhila Talib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abhinamin Nayak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Anutta Datta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agnpurna Sawhney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cidambara Diyali, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 66 minutes in the game, Cidambara Diyali fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Agnpurna Sawhney having to interfere. Adhasasiras Sekhon kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Reigate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhasasiras Sekhon to maneuver through the defense. If Girimana Sachdeva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Girimana Sachdeva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute Abhinamin Nayak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Budhila Talib saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atithigva Pal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Westbury-sub-Mendip's Cidambara Diyali in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 81 played minutes, Reigate's Gangika Gaikwad shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Budhila Talib came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reigate reached it. The Reigate fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Reigate's Adhasasiras Sekhon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Girimana Sachdeva in the 87th minute of play forced Westbury-sub-Mendip's goalkeeper Budhila Talib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Girimana Sachdeva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Budhila Talib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Reigate were the better team. Reigate's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
