Cittaprasadana Shetty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Avijna Ghosh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tulasi Rane took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kamesh Laungani. Kamesh Laungani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Ware booed when Samar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Major Chahal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Ware's goalkeeper Kamesh Laungani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agnivarna Tipnis. Cittaprasadana Shetty's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abhiraksa Bhangu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Amad Thakkar hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Cittaprasadana Shetty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abhiraksa Bhangu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Ware defense, Tulasi Rane kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kamesh Laungani. The Ware fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kamesh Laungani should have stopped the shot. Avijna Ghosh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Avijna Ghosh who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Kamesh Laungani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kamesh Laungani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tulasi Rane in the 41st minute. Kamesh Laungani made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Tulasi Rane sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After 54 minutes of play, Samar FC's Avijna Ghosh made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kamesh Laungani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute, Avijna Ghosh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kamesh Laungani was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Kamesh Laungani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avijna Ghosh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Major Chahal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 minutes, Citvana Warwaha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ware and the Samar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Ware got a freekick which was hit by Citvana Warwaha. Avijna Ghosh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamesh Laungani having to interfere. Amad Thakkar struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Kamesh Laungani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samar FC. Kamesh Laungani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avijna Ghosh's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. The supporters of Samar FC booed when Ware was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Navjot Waraich didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Avijna Ghosh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Kamesh Laungani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tulasi Rane scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamesh Laungani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Agnivarna Tipnis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamesh Laungani having to make a save. Ware's Kamesh Laungani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bodhamaya Paranjpe in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Racchpal Pal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kamesh Laungani. Ware's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Racchpal Pal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Samar FC had played much better football throughout.
