Nechifor Baștină showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Cox in the 3rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Academia D3c3bal FC's zone, Kyle Cox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Baștină came out of the goal and Kyle Cox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kyle Cox blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nechifor Baștină having to make a save. After 9 minutes, Nicolae Diaconu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Academia D3c3bal FC and the England players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Academia D3c3bal FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Nicolae Diaconu hit a great ball. Emanuel Sărăroiu hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Micah Macdonald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Forsberg got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Dinu Gheorghiță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Academia D3c3bal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Nechifor Baștină reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Micah Macdonald came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Micah Macdonald couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Academia D3c3bal FC's Khalid Kennedy threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emanuel Sărăroiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when John Forsberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Willis to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Khalid Kennedy. Khalid Kennedy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyle Cox made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Academia D3c3bal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Diaconu to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the game, Aristide Hogaș was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia D3c3bal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave England the free kick. After 55 played minutes Academia D3c3bal FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Hogaș. When Micah Macdonald came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the England fans jumped to their feet. In the 60thth minute of the game Kyle Cox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia D3c3bal FC's Nechifor Baștină was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. England's Caelan Hayes got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Andrei Ungureanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Forsberg in the 65th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nechifor Baștină made an important save on a dangerous shot by Micah Macdonald in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Academia D3c3bal FC's Aristide Hogaș got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Eddie Willis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
