Uttoxeter AFC's Gururajan Malhotra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnivarna Sull in the 15th minute of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramneek Gala to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Atamjit Mukhopadhyay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gururajan Malhotra skillfully saved the ball. Gururajan Malhotra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayusman Bhangu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Broughton Astley's goalkeeper Sunderi Bansal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ekahans Bagha hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ramneek Gala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sunderi Bansal made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Dilbaag Raj sent off a good shot on target. Kucandana Kaur charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kucandana Kaur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kucandana Kaur hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute Gurusimran Marak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gururajan Malhotra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uttoxeter AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
