Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 0) Bhanaviya Bal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Bhanaviya Bal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gobind Bains. Bourne End's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bhanaviya Bal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Dustara Singh's late challenge caught a Chodz AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dustara Singh helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Bourne End was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dustara Singh to maneuver through the defense. Bhanaviya Bal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Gobind Bains tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Bourne End got a freekick which was hit by Damodaran Bhuppal. Bourne End's Gobind Bains played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bhanaviya Bal in the 13th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chodz AFC's Auttamika Basra got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vimal Gowda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Namgeet Rao in the 22nd minute of play. If Buddu Mittal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bourne End's zone, Bhanaviya Bal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gobind Bains came out of the goal and Bhanaviya Bal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harjit Deshmukh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vimal Gowda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Namgeet Rao, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Chodz AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Namgeet Rao came free, but Vimal Gowda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buddu Mittal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Buddu Mittal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Chodz AFC's Buddu Mittal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gobind Bains made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Namgeet Rao made a kick off. The supporters of Bourne End booed when Chodz AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karin Kapoor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giaan Lanong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karambha Sran's late challenge caught a Bourne End's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karambha Sran helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chodz AFC's Karambha Sran got a free kick in the 62nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giaan Lanong in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vimal Gowda saved Chodz AFC from getting behind. Giaan Lanong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes Chodz AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amandipa Turkar. Vimal Gowda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giaan Lanong in the 70th minute of play. Amandipa Turkar hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Giaan Lanong got free in front of the goal in the 72nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vimal Gowda was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Giaan Lanong, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Karin Kapoor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chodz AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bourne End the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Namgeet Rao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giaan Lanong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Vimal Gowda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vimal Gowda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giaan Lanong in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Namgeet Rao got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
