Karthik Cheema started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the game, one of souvik super team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Indian FSC a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Raushan Wahlia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of souvik super team's Gurmit Gore. 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, souvik super team's Devasthali Japra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abhijnana Rekhi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, souvik super team's goal looked a bit too open when Janaswami Agroia came free, but Gurmit Gore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Avajyuta Shindi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Indian FSC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. souvik super team's Gurmit Gore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avajyuta Shindi in the 21st minute of play. Abhinandana Parmar scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gurmit Gore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th match minute, Indian FSC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Upender Shergill to maneuver through the defense. Gurmit Gore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abhinandana Parmar, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the souvik super team defense, Avajyuta Shindi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gurmit Gore. The souvik super team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gurmit Gore should have stopped the shot. If Kalpita Dutta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gurmit Gore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avajyuta Shindi in the 35th minute of play. When Avajyuta Shindi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Indian FSC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avajyuta Shindi couldn't finish the play. Upender Shergill took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gurmit Gore. souvik super team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gurmit Gore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhinandana Parmar in the 38th minute of play. A collision led to souvik super team getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Dvimidha Mittal hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Avajyuta Shindi was the one to do the kick off. Janaswami Agroia might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gurmit Gore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janaswami Agroia ran back to his position shaking his head. Gurmit Gore made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Abhinandana Parmar sent off a good shot on target. Kalpita Dutta struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Abhijnana Rekhi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for souvik super team. After 60 played minutes Indian FSC got a freekick which was hit by Raushan Wahlia. In the 66th minute, Avajyuta Shindi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gurmit Gore. The goal made the score 0-5. Devasthali Japra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abhijnana Rekhi having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, souvik super team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dvimidha Mittal to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Indian FSC's zone, Kalpita Dutta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abhijnana Rekhi came out of the goal and Kalpita Dutta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gurmit Gore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indrabala Jhuti in the 92nd minute of play. Gurmit Gore made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Janaswami Agroia sent off a good shot on target. 95 minutes into the match, souvik super team's Karthik Cheema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abhijnana Rekhi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Devasthali Japra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The souvik super team fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Indian FSC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
